If a fragrance does not become yours, return it within thirty days — unopened, in its original packaging — for a full refund.

Send a note to care@frederickpatric.com within thirty days of receipt. Include your order number.

Post it back
We will send a pre-paid return label. Repack the parcel in its original ivory paper and seal.

Refund
Once received, we inspect and refund to your original method within five working days.
Unopened only
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on flacons whose wax seal is intact. Sampled fragrances cannot be returned.
Discovery sets
Discovery sets may be returned within thirty days if the individual vials remain sealed.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to concierge — we will replace immediately, no questions.
Gift returns
Received a gift that isn't yours? We can exchange it discreetly for store credit without notifying the sender.
